Cylinder compressions 1-76 2-64 3-76 4-78. This is a PA28-151 with the Ram STC 161 upgrade. Major engine overhaul was done in late 2021. IFR certified. Dual VOR w/ Glideslope indication. S-Tec 20 Auto Pilot. Engine oil changed every 50hrs and has received 100hr inspections though they were not required. Includes all wheel pants (mains currently removed), and Bruces canopy cover. Great airplane for time building. Cruise only consumes approximately 6-7 gallons per hour when properly leaned. This plane has a Appaero ADSB with a built in Stratus unit. There is also a fuel flow gauge. All logs complete and accounted for. All AD's complied with.
